We are seeking an experienced Client Experience & Project Coordinator. This individual is a highly motivated, relationship-driven professional to serve as the first impression of Bask Pools + Outdoors. This role is central to the day-to-day operations of our design/build division and plays a major part in delivering a seamless, enjoyable experience for our clients from the very first call to the final walkthrough.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Intake & Sales Coordination
- Serve as the first point of contact for all new pool construction and renovation inquiries guiding them through our process and scheduling site visits.
- Attend site visits with Contractor to take detailed notes about client needs, style preferences, and project goals to help prepare preliminary pricing for prospective clients
- Design Coordination
- Act as the liaison between our internal team and designer (including send initial sketches, measurements, and project notes to the designer.)
- Track design deadlines and ensure timely progress.
- Pre-Construction & Construction Support
- Assist with permit applications and keep documentation organized.
- Support the build process through effective communication between Bask and client.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Background in construction, design, real estate, or high-end customer service
- 2- 3 years in project management/coordination experience
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Project Management software
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Extremely organized
- Self-motivated and deadline oriented
